Auto Ballooning

Introduction

Auto Ballooning

Auto Ballooning software is a specialized tool designed to streamline and automate the process of creating and managing inspection balloons in technical documentation, particularly engineering drawings and manufacturing blueprints. These balloons, often used in quality control and inspection processes, are numbered annotations that correspond to specific parts, dimensions, or notes on a drawing.

The software significantly reduces the time and effort required to manually add and track these balloons, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in quality assurance workflows. IES will enable users to streamline and automate their documentation process with ease and efficiency.

Our Features

Core Auto Ballooning Features

Process (Auto Ballooning): Runs OCR on the image canvas to identify dimensions and automatically generate balloons.

SPL: Identifies complex dimensioning values to enhance the accuracy of the Auto Ballooning process.

Manual Adjustment and Control

Manual Selection: Allows users to specify a particular region of the image for OCR and balloon generation.

Manual Un-selection: Ensures that balloons are not generated in selected regions, focusing OCR on unselected areas only.

Reset: Enables users to clear all generated balloons and their corresponding data, resetting the process.

Image Navigation and Adjustment

Fit Screen: Adjusts the image on the canvas to fit the screen size for better visibility.

Rotate: Allows adjustment of image orientation for accurate balloon placement.

Data Interaction and Editing

Dimension Information Box: Enables users to select individual balloons to view or modify their details, with the option to save changes.
